Nate Albert is the Executive Vice President of A&R at Warner Records, a Warner Music Group label, which has a roster of artists that includes Dua Lipa and Earl Sweatshirt. Warner Music Group is the third largest recording company in the global music industry. In early June 2020, Warner Music launched their IPO at $25 a share with 70M+ shares, making it the largest IPO in the U.S. so far this year.

Nate co-founded the platinum-selling ska punk band The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and has held senior A&R positions at Capitol Records and Republic Records, signing artists such as multi-Grammy winner The Weeknd and acclaimed singer/songwriter Maggie Rogers.
